Service description

DocReadyPix provides software-assisted photo cropping, validation heuristics, and export files. We do not issue government identification, guarantee acceptance of images by any authority, or provide legal compliance certifications.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for forged documents, impersonation, or unlawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the issuing authority.

AI and alterations

Optional features may alter images. Authorities may reject altered photos. You must review official guidance before submission.

Payments

Fees are processed by Stripe. Access to full-resolution downloads is granted after confirmed payment subject to these terms and our refund policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as set forth in a full commercial agreement.
